OneScan is a division of Ontario Cutting and Coring that performs underground locating using ground penetrating radar (GPR) and X-ray technology. Our technology is 100% unobtrusive. Our accredited scanning technicians pinpoint the location and depth of rebar, pipes and other objects, voids or moisture to inform construction. Scans are also used to inform decision-making during renovation projects, police investigations and more.

How It Works
Our ground-penetrating radar pinpoints the location and depth of rebar, pipes and other objects that must be avoided during construction. Scans are also used to inform decision-making during construction and renovation projects and to ensure safe work practices for construction crews. It’s 100% unobtrusive and easy to perform because it requires access from just one side of the slab.
